ARURA | BODYWORK SPLIT

About Thai yoga massage

It is a unique form of body work that has long been practiced in Thailand. During the treatment, the recipient is dressed in comfortable clothes. The treatment takes place on a mat on the floor, and the treatment itself lasts over 2 hours. Recently, Thai massage is increasingly sought after as a table treatment, which makes it easier for both the recipient and the giver to approach certain aspects of this treatment. Thai massage or Nuad bo rarn (ancient skill) will intertwine techniques of working along energy lines, stretching techniques (both passive and active), manipulations, pressure on acupressure points and stopping circulation. After the treatment, the recipient feels their energy being in harmony, as well as flexibility and physical and mental relief, which can last for days after the treatment.
